HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

The easiest way is to return an item is to bring it to the Surrealist Bookstore at the Gala Salvador Dalí Square 7, Figueres. You must bring the item that you wish to return along with the invoice that comes attached to the order. If it is a gift, you must keep in mind that the refund will be appear on the buyer's card or in his/her paypal account.

If you can not get to the shop, you may return the items to our Returns Centre at the address which is found on the "Returns Instructions" that we send to you with your order. Firstly, we must have the order and then we will refund in the same way you made that order. You are required to pay the sending expenses.

WHAT IS THE DEADLINE FOR RETURNS?

The deadline for any refund is 30 days from the date the order was made. If it was a store delivery: 30 days from the date of pickup at the store. If it was a home delivery: 30 days from the date of delivery of the order by the carrier.

HOW WILL I GET MY MONEY BACK FROM MY RETURN?

Once the return is approved of, you will receive the amount in the same way you made the purchase.
